Detailed descriptions of amenities and floor plans of the individual apartments may be found HERE. Prices are based on season and occupancy. We offer special group rates on request. Resort tax EUR 2,00 per person and day for ages 14 and up.  On demand: breakfast roll and pizza delivery. Sauna use for a minimal charge,  reservations are required! Charge for final cleaning (up to 4 people) EUR 50,00 up to 6 people EUR 55,00.

Please note: Bed-clothes at hand, towels and dishtowels please bring along yourself!!

Additional Important Information:
On arrival day, your apartment is available for check-in after 3:00 p.m.  On departure day, we request that you vacate your apartment by 10:00 a.m.  In the event of delayed arrival or premature departure, we will be obliged to charge the full daily rate. In all other instances, Austrian Hotel Regulations will apply. With a deposit of EUR 100 per person, made within 1 week of your booking, your room reservation will be guaranteed. Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel within 8 weeks of arrival.  We strongly recommend taking our holiday cancellation insurance !
